MICHAEL SCALES D.C.
Originally from Canada, Michael Scales received his education from the University of Waterloo, studying his B.Sc. in Kinesiology. His post graduate education was from the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago.
Additionally, Michael has specialised training in nutrition, receiving a Diplomate Degree in Nutrition (DACBN) and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN). He has practised in Chicago, California, Sydney and Newcastle helping many patients including professional golfer Luke Donald.
Michael can successfully treat a variety of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, and has a special interest in sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries, usually from the repetitive actions of work duties. He addresses the three main pillars of health that determine the quality of our lives. These are: 1. structural health, or our framework, 2. chemical health, which includes diet, and 3. mental wellbeing. This is achieved via adjustments, soft tissue techniques, stretching and strengthening protocols, ergonomic training, nutritional supplementation, stress management skills, and overall health education. He encourages all his patients to take an active roll in acquiring and maintaining optimal health.

BRADY McDONALD
Brady completed his Chiropractic studies at RMIT Melbourne. He has experience working in a range of clinics in Melbourne, Country NSW and most recently Newcastle. Brady is an Internationally Accredited Sports Chiropractor (ISCS) after since graduating continuing his education with 3 years of post-graduate study. Brady has treated athletes while working at several well recognised sporting events, including NSW State Cup Touch football, Ironman 70.3 and Crossfit Allstar Alliance.
Brady tailors all treatment and management plans individually to suit your unique presentation, as no patient will be the same. Through combining a variety of Chiropractic, massage, muscle release and Dry needling techniques, along with having a strong focus on utilising functional exercises he aims to guide you through an active recovery.
