Reception

Reception at our clinic is shared by Roslyn and Marina. Roslyn has been with the centre for 11 years and Marina for 9. Together they strive to make all visits to Inner West Chiropractic Care as pleasant and efficient as possible. Whenever you call or come into the clinic, they make you feel right at home, and can assist with appointment times and payments with ease.
Payments for treatment can be made in cash, eftpos, or cheque. If you have private health insurance and are covered for extras, our Hicaps facilities make it possible to process your rebates on the spot, and you are only responsible for the gap payment.
If you require treatment for an injury sustained in a Motor Vehicle Accident or through Workcover, and you are claiming payment for your treatment with an insurance company, we can easily assist you with that. Let us know prior to your appointment if this is your intention and we will provide you with the relevant forms, which need to be completed prior to your treatment.
Patients who are eligible for treatment through the EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) programme and have a referral from their GP, can process their care direct to Medicare through our Hicaps system.
DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) patients are also welcome. A referral from your GP is required before treatments can commence.
